Rotex® Ultrasonex™ System utilizes a transducer probe to apply an ultrasonic
vibration directly to the screening mesh. The ROTEX ULTRASONEX action injects a secondary high frequency,
low amplitude vibration to improve mesh deblinding and screener performance.
THE SYSTEM INCLUDES a highly efficient Control Unit in either 110 or 220
volts. Touch panel controls enable many of the settings to be easily adjusted by the operator — allowing
for optimal performance. The ROTEX ULTRASONEX action greatly increases mesh life, since there is no harsh
abrasive action to impair tension and cause wear.
How It Works
Increased capacity at minimal cost The ROTEX ULTRASONEX System
applies an ultrasonic vibration directly to the separator screen via the S-shaped resonator.
By eliminating the blinding caused by surface tension, the ULTRASONEX System allows for
increased throughput.
