HOW IT WORKS

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION Every aspect of the design is engineered to provide dependability and low maintenance operation. When maintenance is required, all components are easily accessible for service. Easy to operate Windows* based software automatically calculates results and produces a printable report. Preset Test Configuration Files Operator simply selects from a list, the test to be run. OPERATION GRADEX is so automatic that it can be used at the point of the sample, enabling operators to perform the analysis right on the plant floor, and use the results immediately without waiting for a laboratory test response. Easy Loading of Material Operator pours sample into machine onto the sieve stack, and can initiate a test with a single keystroke. Automates Dumping, Weighing, & Brushing Each fraction is dumped into a collection tray which rests on a digital electronic balance. Each sieve is brushed prior to the material being weighed. Data is recorded for all fractions and electronically transferred to the PC. Customized Data Presentations Customized data presentations to meet any DOT Requirements. Operator can view data one test at a time, or create custom reports to view groups of results, data vs. time, lot summaries, etc.
