Drive Exchange Service
Rotex will ship you a reconditioned drive from stock. After installation
of the reconditioned drive, you simply return your old drive to Rotex. Rotex reconditioned
drives include a full 2-year warranty.Recondition

Rotex can rebuild and ship your drive within 3 days with a full 2-year warranty.
Purchase a Spare Drive
Rotex keeps reconditioned drives in stock for any model ROTEX screener in

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
- Call ROTEX at (513) 541-1236 and notify us of your
need for drive head service. We will issue a Return Goods Authorization(RGA)
number and provide you with an immediate quote while on the phone.
- Before shipment, drain the oil, clean the exterior and ship prepaid
to Rotex Inc.
