MEGATEX XD
THE ROTEX® MEGATEX XD™ were specifically designed to meet the demanding screening requirements of
high-volume applications. The MEGATEX XD provides unsurpassed screening performance when sharp separations and high efficiencies
are required. The MEGATEX XD is able to maximize product recoveries at material temperatures up to 400° F (205°C). Standard
features include a patented cam lift rail system for quick screen change capability and sleeveless inlet/outlet connections.
A single MEGATEX screener is capable of high volume screening at these rates of production:
• Industrial Minerals to 200 TPH
• Grain/Ag products to 1000 TPH
• Dry Chemicals from 60-100 TPH
