Functional Description
The product to be processed is fed through a hopper. A four-bladed knife support rotates at high speed directly above
a perforated disc. The combination of forces created by the cutting blades and the ejector device mounted below the disc
propels the product through the disc, at which point size reduction is achieved. The product is then discharged through
the outlet.
