Gemco Portable Blenders are the latest in Gemco's custom engineered line of production blenders. With a working capacity of one to five cubic feet, the portable blenders are designed for turn key installation.

This unique series of blenders can literally have you blending instantly. Simply remove the blender from its shipping crate, wheel it to the use location, plug it in, and your in business. No need for costly and time consuming installation construction, floor space or electrical hookup normally associated with machine installation.

Perfect For Pilot, Small Batch or Key-Mix Operations
Portable blenders are perfectly suited for pilot and small batch production. They are specially designed for use where small key-mixing operations are required for larger blending operations, and where special blends are needed in more than one location.

No Permanent Floor Space Required
The added beauty of the portable design is that there is no need for dedicating permanent floor space or a special room for the unit. Its portability allows you to move it wherever needed then store it out of the way when not in use. Plus it can be moved to your cleaning area with ease.

Convertible Model Blenders
The Convertible Model Blender has been designed for the customer who does not have an immediate need for internal agitation, but contemplates the need on future material applications.

The Convertible Model Blender is designed having one(1) hollow trunnion machined to accept bearings, seal cartridge and assembly, and agitator shaft. Stainless steel end caps are furnished, closing off the machined trunnion internals until needed. A motor base plate is provided on one(1) support frame for future installation of an agitator motor.

When the conversion is required, a complete agitator assembly (Slow-speed, High-speed or liquid feed) is provided with ball bearings, seal cartridge and seal reassemble, motor, belts, sheaves and belt guard to suit agitator.
