VTS Venturi Scrubber
The Fisher-Klosterman VTS Venturi Scrubber is designed to accommodate scrubbing water with large particulate or high solids concentration. The liquid is introduced at the inlet with open pipe tangential inlets instead of spray nozzles to minimize the potential for plugging. A flooded elbow section is utilized to minimize wear. The droplet separator can be our compact MS design or a traditional low velocity unit if pressure is limited.
