VRS Rod Scrubber
The Fisher-Klosterman VRS Rod Scrubber utilizes multiple pipes across a deck to create a throat. This design is more effective at capturing particles at low pressure drop than other methods. The pressure drop can be adjusted by adding or removing pipes through an inspection door. The heavy duty pipes will rotate continuously during operation and therefore will wear evenly. Scrubbing water is injected through large orifice spray nozzles to ensure full coverage. A flooded elbow section is added to minimize wear. The droplet separator can be our compact MS design or a traditional low velocity unit if pressure is limited.
