Emitting Electrode Wire Replacements
Buell-FKI offers replacement Emitting Electrodes for many precipitator designs. The standard emitting electrode
is designed for long life with a minimum tensile strength specification of 216,000 psi. Shrouded hook ends of electrodes
are manufactured with the electrode wire inserted through the shroud prior to forming the hook, thus eliminating
the requirement for crimping.
Electrode Specifications:
The material used is a hard drawn spring steel wire which is cold drawn to produce the desired mechanical properties.
