Engineering and Design

Engineering & Design

Fisher-Klosterman offers consulting services to troubleshoot current problems or collaborate with you on new projects. Our experienced engineering staff can even provide field service assistance, if required

Pilot Scale Testing

Pilot Scale Testing

Fisher-Klosterman can perform pilot testing to ensure performance requirements are met during scale up to your production process size. Acceptable wet scrubber and cyclone operation can be verified using our test equipment, which is available for rent.

Particle Size Testing

Particle Size Testing

Fisher-Klosterman offers performance guarantees for the collection equipment offered. Accurate data is needed to offer such warranties. We have the capability to perform aerodynamic particle size testing to gather much of this required data. Aerodynamic sizing is a function of the terminal velocity of particles and is correlated through Stoke's Law. Such data is of utmost concern when determining the performance of cyclones, scrubbers and classifiers.
