Field Support
Chemineer has an extensive network of well-trained, professional field service engineers that are highly trained,
qualified individuals skilled in the design, operation and installation of our agitators. The field service engineers
are backed by application engineers and aftermarket specialists to provide you with the service you require. Chemineer
has established Authorized Service Centers throughout the United States and Canada, keeping service capabilities
close to you. We also offer technical seminars in your facility using hands-on demonstrations to train your personnel
in the latest technologies and techniques.

Refurbished Gearbox Program
Chemineer provides a refurbished mixer gearbox replacement program that allows you to replace your worn-out gearbox
with a high quality refurbished gearbox at an economical price. A refurbished gearbox is offered for the Chemineer
HT product line in case size 3-12 based upon availability. Gearboxes are refurbished in-house to meet Chemineer
and AGMA standards.
Chemineer will accept a worn out gearbox from any original mixer manufacturer and will guarantee a one-year warranty
against material defects and workmanship. We will also give you a 20% credit toward the purchase of any refurbished
gearbox upon returning your old gearbox.
Parts Online
Chemineer has developed inventory for all of our products lines that assures availability of the part you need,
when you need it. Parts Online, a web-based program, provides quick response time to parts inquiries, access to
thousands of Chemineer replacement parts, easy and accurate parts identification and is available exclusively to
authorized Chemineer Sales Engineers.
Emergency Service
Chemineer has developed an Emergency Service program that consists of a network of skilled in-field and in-plant
aftermarket service professionals to help you respond to an emergency. We know just how critical downtime can be
to your operations and we've responded by developing an inventory system that assures you ready availability of
critical parts. Stocked parts can be shipped within 24 hours and custom replacement parts can be shipped in 3 to
5 days to ensure that downtime is minimal. A team of highly experienced service engineers are available 24/7 to
help resolve your problems.
