Our After-Market Sales team offers a wide range of services for optimal equipment operation. The team will answer your questions,
determine what parts you need, and schedule shipment as required. If special parts are required, they will provide you lead
times and personally track your order.
The team also verifies replacement components are accurately defined prior to shipment. A computerized stock-monitoring
system assures precise inventory levels are maintained to meet scheduled shutdowns or emergencies.
- All orders are processed within 24 hours, with stock components guaranteed to ship within three working days. Many parts
can be shipped the same day. Shipping arrangements, either by truck, rail, air, or water, are easily accommodated at the
most economical routing possible.
- Guidelines for credit card or C.O.D. purchases are outlined in our

section.
- Component parts for Carrier vibrating equipment are precision engineered to perform specific functions and tested for use
in our equipment. We recommend the use of only authorized Carrier parts. Carrier cannot warrant equipment using counterfeit
components and parts not of Carrier design.
- Always consult the Parts List in your Installation & Operational Manual for the specific serial number of the machine
involved. The five-digit serial number can be found in the drive area, at the end of the drive shaft, or on the lower right-hand
corner of the final certified
drawings located in your Installation & Operational Manual.
- The team includes professional engineers to assist in redesign or retrofit of your existing equipment for new applications.
Additionally, our service technicians are available for on-site assistance upon request.
- Providing custom service to supply fabricated replacement items, such as troughs, drilled decks, hoods, etc. to meet strict
design requirements and specifications.
