are manufactured by the extrusion of fine-grain primary carbons, which has improved their homogeneity and texture.
These properties have again been improved by the new and exclusive curing and graphitising processes developed by Carbone
Lorraine CED. Finally, original impregnation processes provide
Graphilor 3 tubes with their seal, their final mechanical properties and their resistance to temperature and corrosion.
Carbone Lorraine Chemical Equipment Division, through it policy of ongoing innovation, is alone in producing joint-free
tubes 6 metres in length. This technical prowess is the response
to more stringent safety requirements on industrial sites.
